“UNCLE JOHN POTOCKI” Memorial Race recap

We had so much help making this race happen. Want to thank God and all of you who helped to get the track dry and stuck around. I knew the Track would be incredible when the Sun decided to show up. “Uncle John” was smiling down on all of us for sticking it out to prove that nothing is easy. I understand what it takes to just haul your race car family and all that goes with it to make it to the track. Our Staff works hard to give you a incredible experience, from the very start seeing our PARK and welcoming you all at the gate. Although we did not get the race completed safety is our first concern we all know it can be dangerous just hauling your operation to the track or getting home safe and sound. Our Thoughts and Prayers goes out to Jim Head Racing who lost a crew member 23 year old Dylan Cromwell in an Head on collision en route to Vegas for this coming weekend race. We dodged a bullet when one of our racers were heading home and his fifth wheel was not completely closed and the trailer broke away on the Red Tank road Bridge causing a traffic jam getting out of the track. Welcome to my world. Want to welcome some first timers to the Mountain Mr. Daryl Tillman with that Stunning Black 1963 Split Window Coupe Corvette with the red interior and Mr. Bo Jangles Klein with his Chevy Silver COBALT. We also had folks that have not been to the Mountain in many years I hope you like the improvements we have been making. We will be giving away 2 WALYS next Sunday SPEED for All for the Small Tire Heavy X race and will have a $500 to win BOX and NOBOX will have a chance to see who will be taking home the King of The Track NHRA WALLY . Need to complete the rained out Sparenza Rescue Trophy race along with our Trunk or Treat Halloween fun for the last day of the 2021 Season.
